Voters Injured at Work.org is a non-profit political organization of injured workers and their families established for the purpose of protecting and enforcing California’s constitutional guarantee of a fair and adequate system of compensating workers
and their dependents for injury or disability from a work injury.

Voters Injured at Work.org provides a strong voice in Sacramento to help enact legislation that will rebalance the California workers’ compensation system that has been “fixed” at the expense of injured workers. This includes:

• Access to appropriate medical care with a physician of our choice.
• Improved benefit levels.
• Assistance in returning to gainful employment.
• Increasing enforcement of existing laws that protect workers.
• Improving benefit delivery and system performance.

Voters Injured at Work.org works to elect political candidates who care about the plight of California’s injured workers and their families.
