The WCAB has issued proposed amendments to its Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules) and also issued notice that a public hearing on the proposed amendments will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. The changes are largely being proposed in light of Senate Bill 863 (Stats. 2012, ch. 363 [SB 863].)
